چکیده
Environmental adulteration is an emerging concern due to the discharge of wastewater effluents from several sources. Several carcinogenic dyes are major contaminants in these water bodies. These could cause long-lasting and detrimental effects humans as well aquatic ecosystems. For efficient degradation such dyes, exploration nanotechnology has demonstrated huge potential. Herein, (MB, CV, MO) been carried out photocatalytically using N-doped SnO2 nanoparticles (N:SnO2 NPs) presence a sacrificial agent, EDTA. NPs were synthesized at ambient temperature. Different characterization techniques used throughout analysis NPs. The PXRD reveals formation single-phase rutile structure with tetragonal symmetry. Using Scherrer formula, size was found be less than 5 nm, exhibiting increases N doping. Further, morphological through field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) transmission (TEM) examined existence highly agglomerated, spherical thermogravimetric (TGA) results depict thermal stability up temperature 800 °C. N:SnO2 exhibit potent efficiency for photocatalytic MB, MO, CV 93%, 83%, 73% degradation, respectively, under UV light irradiation. Additionally, effect EDTA, observed on process resulted ~90% MB dye, 88% 86% MO dye within 15 min

متن کاملStudying the Photocatalytic Degradation of Tri-n-Butyl Phosphate Using Nano Nd-Doped TiO2
Photocatalytic method was used as an efficient and simple way for degradation of tri-n-butyl phosphate (TBP). In contrast to other methods, in this method the mineralization occurs and no twin pollution is generated. Nd doped TiO2 was synthesized via sol gel process and characterized by XRD and TEM tecniuqes. Then it was used as photocatalyst for TBP degradetion. It was found that the solution ...
